Thank you to customer service agent who spoke to us on the phone at 11:46am today, he corrected a mistake that a previous sales agent had made earlier today and he was very patient and helpful and able to honour the price given. At the end we should have connected to a survey but unfortunately we were unable to leave feedback, it would be a big 10 from us. Please can this be passed on to him as he was great.
