Thanks for sorting the problem with my SkyQ which 'died' at around 21:30 for no apparent reason and kept doing the same thing 5 or 10 minutes after I had unplugged the SkyQ box and restarted it etc. etc . until I gave up and left it unplugged and watched Freesat until I went to bed. It was so comforting to know that there were lots of Sky customers throughout the UK who had much the same issue and that I was not alone and with a dead SkyQ box. This lunchtime of course it was back to working normally so I surmise like many other loyal customers that it was yet another dodgy upgrade installed by one of your staff who never learn't the American Services message 'IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT !' Just hope that there's no one at SKY going to start fiddeling again tonight !
