Mission Accomplished
I just want to say big thank you to the gentleman I spoke to today.
For some reason my sky broadband connection crashed I just could not reconnect it. I like to think I know how to sort thing out myself but just couldn't.
I phone sky customer service and I spoke to a guy (can't remember his name) who was very good and patient with me. We fixed my sky broadband connection it him hour and half but he was awesome and patient with me.
