I would just like to say a HUGE thank you too a lovely scottish lady called Cathrine who my partner spoke to this evening to try and solve our query! We've had nothing but problems since moving into our new home with sky and was considering leaving unfortunately' we finally got through to somebody and got through to the lovely Cathrine who was super helpful, understanding and took her time to listen to what we were asking without fobbing us off, she was very kind and has made us want too stay with sky now.
