A huge thank you for helping my parents-in-law.

 

I logged in on Tuesday to book an engineer visit for them.

 

The engineer arrived the next morning, and quickly diagnosed and replaced their Sky Q box. Mum-in-law says: "thank them for their prompt response and all up and working now"

 

Also thank you to the team who booked the visit so quickly, and those who keep the website help and booking pages up and running at such a demanding time.
