We would like to say a big thank you to Eisha.

 

Myself and my wife had a problem with accessing are Sky vouchers. This coursed us both a problem when paying for a film and watching it on the tv screen.

We phoned Sky and spoke to 3 different people including a manger who could not help as they did not understand the problem. 

We were lucky enough to be able to speak to this lovely lady called Eisha who spent just over a hour helping us with all different issues that we needed to change before are original issue was resolved.

 

Why Why Why can't all the Sky personnel be like Eisha, you would have the perfect business model then.
