I would like to say a big Thankyou to Lisa (Scotland Customer Services). Seldom Have I come across someone so courteous, polite & helpful. She was extremely patient in giving me her time, speaking to other members of the team & ultimately resolving my billing issue. She stated I would be contacted the following day my another member of the team, but she actually phoned me back personally within 20 mins, genuinely happy to tell me the issue had been resolved & wanted to tell me in person. What a truly kind & thoughtful gesture. I cinserely hope this message is passed on to her, as she is a credit to your team.
