I have spoken to many different phone companies recently and it was a pretty grim process with sales people trying to sell me things i did not want, very impatient and sometimes down right rude. That all changed when i spoke to Sky, every member of staff I have spoken to was amazing, put me at ease, no rushing, very polite and so on. I would like to mention two members of staff, firstly Samantha, she put so much background work into getting the sale could work, but tere was a lot of elements to it. She is outstanding and a real asset to your company, an absolutely gem of the earth type. The second is Ash who helped me finalise and get the phone sorted etc, again polite, efficient, a real bright spark. Thes two stood out on my experience but I have spoken to a lot of people from Sky now and I cannot fault any of them on anything 10/10 from me. Thank you so much again,
