I would just like to say a massive thank you to Sky WIFI team especially serena or Sienna (Sorry) who works out of Sheffield. I have had a bit of a nightmare with Wifi in my home and I called to cancel my Wifi as this was not getting resolved and then I was put through to Serena/Sienna who talked me through a process on my Sky Q box. After we changed some settings my Wifi now works 100% better and I am now over the moon.... THANKS!!!!
