Hi, I’ve been trying to find the customer satisfactory email I thought I would be receiving but haven’t. Is there a way I can fill one out? The lady I spoke to on the phone earlier was brilliant, very friendly and helpful and explained everything to me and found the best possible deal, her name was Jade and had a Geordie accent, unfortunately I don’t know anymore details, over then the call was around 10:30 this morning.
