I signed up in one of your shops, well informed as to what I would get, the chap you I signed up with was Matt , he was very informative as to what I would expect on the day of installation.
open reach were great, turned up on time and went through what was entailed in the installation process, it took around one and a half hour. My sky glass tv arrived later in the day and was so easy to install with wifi, all the apps I was told I would be getting at sign were all easy to access. Overall from start to finish the process was so easy. I did find one thing I did not understand, after the installation, open reach sent an email with an installation video showing what to expect on the day of the installation. This would have been more helpful to have had it before any work.
