I would like to give a huge shout out to Sanket ( I believe in the technical team ). 

 

After many weeks of phone calls and emails Sanket has restored my faith in Sky customer support. 

 

I think a lot of your team could learn from his customer service skills. 

 

He resolved my issues even though it was not his department as I was transferred to the wrong team.
