I am submitting this review on my issue with retun of a puck which caused me significant stress. and through my hours dealing with sky India . with no resolve .
I waited until Sky UK was active on the Monday Morning.
I am very happy to tell all about the two sky representatives who assisted and investigated my return of the puck.
It seems it was the norm for the returns to the depot in Warwickshire uk can take many weeks to confirm the return. I my case it was in excess of 8 weeks approx.
Lee the sky representative based in Glasgow and Karen based in Livingston where very helpful .
I Can't thank them enough for the efforts .
Both spen time to discuss the problem and both are very professional, polite , understanding , giving me all the time i needed to talk to them
Both investigated the matter both ladies went the extra mile to resolve the problem that II reported .
I feel that service by both was a 5 star approach due to their commitment in resolving my concern , Thanks again
One final thanks goes to Klavidio based in Bulgairia who was very helpful with the community form review .
