I wanted to thank Christopher rom technical support who I spoke to on Tuesday and who promised to look into the order issue and ring me back this morning- Saturday 26th Sept at 11.30. He did .My scam blocker took control so I was not able to answer.
But please pass my thanks to Christopher for his help and the time he took to resolve the problem.
