Re: Returning to sky after a year & so please we did

I want to say a big thanks to Jenny who spent as much time as needed last night to find the right deal for us.  Early last year we had to move out of our cherrished home due to it being flooded and rented a property so gave up sky for the 1st time in 30 years. 

 

We have just moved back and contacted SKY and they are one of the only truely customer focused companies left.  The training they provide their staff is evident in how amazingly they treat you from the get go of any interaction.  

 

Jenny asked lots of relevant questions and made sure we wouldn't be paying for anything we just don't need.  I was shocked at how reasonable the deal was with so many extra's. 

 

Sky please don't change your focus on customer service as you have really hit the sweet spot.

 

I would appreciate you passing on my thanks for lovely Jenny for all her help and support.
