Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I just re-subscribed to Sky via a 'phonecall with Dale (I imagine in the TV department) and what a kind, patient, helpful young man. He was funny, informative, professional and a delight to speak with. Hope you and your young family have a wonderful christmas Dale, thanks for your help.
