Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I had a visit from an engineer today to install my new sky Q box. I currently live at 11a Cross Street Atherton, he came within minutes after the allocated time slot sent via message and made sure he rang me first to check this was okay. He also waited outside my property until I returned to make sure I had the best customer service. He was incredibly polite, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and also got me the best deals possible. Overall I was more than happy with the customer service and felt comfortable and relaxed whilst he was here. Fantastic employee and excellent at his job. Thankyou very much 😊👌
