Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I have been a Sky customer on and off for about 20 years (a long time anyway) and only move to another supplier when Sky will not play ball and offer a deal when asked to. My latest 18 month contract is coming to an end and I am DELIGHTED by the cheerfulness and positive help given to me by two customer service agents. The first one was Yvonne, from the Newcastle area I seem to recall, and the second lady was Georgia, who is in Luke's team. Georgia sorted me out so I did not have to change suppliers and I recommend that Sky double her salary and halve her working hours please, for saving me as a customer ! She doesn't know this but when I change various other family members change in support of my decision. Maybe considered petty but to me customer retention is a key to growth for any company. Thank you ladies (Georgia and Yvonne) for your kindness and patience. I know I can be a grumpy old something but you are highly praiseworthy and I hope your bosses will recognise this!
