Thanks to the engineer that came to fix my box in Oxfordshire today (20/07), he was so helpful and replaced my boxes and gave me some great info that I never knew about signal! My neighbour had bushes covering my dish and I had no signal, by pure luck my neighbour had a gardener there today and my Sky box worked just as the engineer arrived as the bushes were chopped down! Who knew! Some neighbours might not be so accommodating!
