I would just like to thank the amazing Scot one t or 2 t Scott from Newcastle who dealt with my switch to sky mobile today, a polite and very knowledgeable young man who broke up the monotony of the call by doing various accents(which I asked him to do as I was bored) some of which were quite good. By the end of the call it was like i had met the son in law i always wanted and he has agreed to marry my daughter when I renew my contract in 36 months time. All joking aside he genuinely is a credit to your company and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Scot or Scott cheers Danny
