Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Just wanted to feedback that the engineer who called out on the 26th August to sort out my Sky Q did a great job. He replaced the main box and that sorted that issue, he was able to take away one of the sky extender boxes as I didn't need them both and he replaced the WiFi router instantly improving the internet access. He also managed to get me on a cheaper bundle and was friendly and helpful throughout. 10 out of 10.
