I would just like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Alan (Sky Mobile) who has been absolutely brilliant in sorting out and setting up a new phone for me.  I am new to all this and his help, guidance and patience throughout has been second to none. He was so helpful and kind.  He also called when he said he was going to! He deserves a medal! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Not forgetting Jenny who was also helpful and kind.
