I just had a phone call on sky q follow up with Luke Austin.
The service was brilliant and I felt like I got a lot out of it. He was friendly and polite and the exchange was so pleasant that it made me want to find a way to send feedback because if all calls from organisations were like that, I would answer a lot more of them.
