Big shout out to the Sky engineer who visited me today , installed a new Sky Q box (FOC) which enabled me to have 2 hubs operational at the same time.
Previous box only allowed 1 hub which was infuriating as when wanting to watch Sky upstairs I would need to come back downstairs and switch that one off.
Engineer was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
All now good, thank you Sky.
