Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I'd like to say thanks to layla in the cancellations team, I was origanilly speaking to the broadband team about upgrading my Sky package but they seemed to be having difficulty match to online offers so said they were transferring the call to the Sky Glass team, turns out I was transferred to the cancellations team, however Layla gave me exceptional customer service and managed to get be a better deal than what I found online. She was extremly helpfull and went above and beyond, she is a real credit to Sky 😁
