Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I can't say thank you enough to Derek in the Tech Support Department. We were without internet for 2 weeks, openreach were continiously missing appointments, and unfortunatly every time I contacted Sky I was just given another appointment that just never went ahead. We were not getting any further for 2 weeks until I spoke to Derek, he completely understood the issue and said he would personally keep hold of the case and make sure the appointment went ahead - this was on the Friday, we made another appointment for the Monday and they actually turned up this time! Very thankful that Derek sorted this issue out for us after getting no where for 2 weeks. 

Not only did he sort the appointment out but he was very helpful explaining the compensation and even let me know that my contract was due to increase next month and sent me a reminder text to call up for a better deal!
