Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I have been a sky customer for 18 years. I rang today to renew my package and also to downgrade it and I spoke to Kevin. Kevin told me I had to continue with my current package and then ring a different number to downgrade. I tried ronsay indisnt want to continue with current package but was told it was the only way it could be done. 

I then rang the number he advised me to and an absolute angel came on the phone, also known as @Anonymous .     Raj bless him not only undid the package that Kevin had set up for me he also managed to do me a deal to get it cheaper. He was very calm, understanding and an absolute gem of a bloke. Someone buy this man a pint!!!! Thanks Raj xxxxx
