Hi there

I would like to express a huge thanks to Jacob on the Sky Sales Team. I believe his ID is 1DJG10.

I have had a number of sales people call me over these past few months and all have not been able to win me back.  The service however from Jacob today was out of this world. His knowledge and courtesy is an example to us all. I really felt that Jacob had done the absolute best he could , going above and beyond, to win my business back.  This is a true example of a exceptional sales person.  A credit to the sales team and to sky as a whole!
