A lovely Geordie guy called Tony helped me yesterday to choose a new phone and find me the best deal. Also upgraded my sons phone too. He was so lovely and friendly and gave me all the info needed to choose which phone to get. He even called me back so I could hang up to go and get my daughter from school.
