I would really like to say the biggest thank you to Chanelle! (possibly from the 'I'm leaving sky department')
From the moment we started talking it felt like I was talking to someone who really cared and was passionate about helping to resolve my dilemma. My bill had sky rocketed (no pun) and I was instantly reassured that Chanelle would be able to help. We had a lovely chat about Christmas and I was only on hold for very brief moments of time, the rest of the time, when Chanelle was sorting stuff, she carried on talking (multitasking at its best) and making me feel like a person and not just a number in the system! I was expecting to leave sky today (after being with the company for a long time), but Chanelle changed that and I am happy that I'm staying. It seemed every time Chanelle spoke, there was always another bit of great news! It was like the twelve days of Christmas ❤️
Chanelle, you are a Christmas angel in my eyes and I am sure your brother will love and appreciate his gift, I don't know you, but I feel I do now. I already have a picture in my head of you, your mum, brother and Neice (with other family) sat around the table and you just lift his present from your lap and give it to him, with a smile that lights the room 🙂
As I hung up the phone I heard music and I really hope that wasn't the survey? I was expecting a text sequence 🙈
