Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I have been a long time costumer of Sky TV. On Saturday (27 November) an engineer based in or near Manchester called Siad (Syed) was an absolute diamond. He came on site to install our Sky Q mini box into another room. I explaiend that I had just discovered that during our renoation works the original sky cable from the dish into the house had been cut. 

 

He didn't complain (despite the wearther being -2 degrees and the sun was setting) he got up his ladder and found a new entry point for the sky cable. He set up the main box in one room and then set up the second box in the other room (despite only having one TV at the time as our second TV was on order). 

 

He was super positive and was so helpful. Just a really lovely guy. 

 

He should be given suitable praise and recognition for excellent customer services, great problem solving and clean and efficient installation. 

 

He was also lovely about the kids running around and the house having no heating on the groundfloor (due to renovation works). 

 

Honesly, just such a shinning light on a rather miserable weekend for us moving int our house mid-renovation.
