I would like to say a huge thank you to Linda who has dealt with my issue and complaint amazingly, really turning the situation around with amazing customer service skills. Linda put me at ease, listened thoroughly and followed through with my issue from start to finish. Linda was knowledgable and personable and a huge credit to your company. To be able to turn around a complaint and issue, leaving a customer feeling valued, listened to and the issue being resolved is brilliant. Thank you very much, I hope you receive this feedback and are recognised by the company as you should be, from Bobbie Hassett
