I would like to send a special thanks to Angel in the support department. I believe I have spoken with him twice now, the first time about 5 months ago when I had an issue with my slow internet and again today to sort out no volume on my sky. The first time I spoke with him he stood out to me and as silly as it sounds I was telling most people about my experience and general conversation with him for weeks, he was so calm and polite and really made me feel at ease. I was so lucky to have been put through to him again and straight away I noticed it was him, with his calmness and how polite and friendly he is.
Angel really is a credit to Sky and if he can provide me with the fanstastic service twice, months apart then that must be the way he operates. Fantastic Angel, thank you so much for always resolving my issues!
