Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi! 

I contacted sky today as my billing had gone up, I didn't realise my subscription deal had ended. I spoke to a wonderful lady who was so kind and helpful. I think I was meant to stay on the phone to complete a survey but I had hung up as I thought it was going to come in the e-mail. 

I would just like to thank her for her help today. It was very quick and easy. As a paramedic working through the COVID pandemic the last thing I needed was hours negotiating a new deal. 

I think her name was Justine!
