I'd like to say a BIG thank you to Sandra (SGR67) for her help today after a disappointing experience with another colleague 2 weeks ago. The original colleague did not listen to me, Sandra listened to everything I said and the challenges I was facing (loss of job and income) and understood why I did not want to be locked into the new 18mth contract that the previous colleague had committed me to without my agreement and despite saying that my employment was ceasing.
