Mission Accomplished
I wanted to recognise a member of your tech support team. I spent a long time on the phone to numerous people about getting a business line changed to residential. No one quite knew what to do, but Conor in Northern Ireland owned the problem and got it fixed.
He even called back today to check to make sure everything had been done correctly.
Stellar work from Conor. I don;t have any other details on his name, but he did make notes against my account.
