I just wanted to send thanks for the call I just had with a Sky employee who helped with moving my Sky broadband and phone to a new address, and also signing up to Sky TV & Cinema. I am sure customers can be quick to send complaints so I wanted to send some thanks. The representative that assisted me was clear, helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions. He helped me sign up for a plan that works best for me, and I am really appreciative of his expectional service and time.
