I would like to say a massive thank you to the lady I spoke to today. Her name was Debbie and she was super helpful and friendly. I phoned to cancel my broadband but I have ended up staying due to being a customer with sky for 4 years and being able to benefit from the rewards on offer as a sky vip. I left the phone call very happy with my new contract and package. Fantastic customer service from Debbie.
