On Tuesday (08/08/20) morning a Sky Engineer (Andy) arrived first thing to install our new Sky Q box. His care for detail in making sure the visit was safe under present circumstances was excellent. His explanation of the system and the controls was also first rate. I was surprised not to receive a simple survey email to be able to acknowledge his excellence but this reply will have to do. I am unwilling to put private information on a public forum but hopefully my post code WF8 will enable you to identify the engineer in question and pass on my thanks.
