Hi,

I have just signed up to Sky from Virgin, haven't even received my box yet (it's on delivery)

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent level of customer service received from the sales person (Sarah, I think). She was confident, friendly and very knowledgable. I immediately knew I was making the correct decision to switch, it was an entirely pain free and comfortable process (a stark difference from where I am switching from!) I would be grateful if you could pass my gratitude on to her and her manager. She really is excellent at her job.
