Hello, I don't know if I'm posting this in the right bit. I'd like to say a huge thank you to Colin (I do believe that was his name) that I spoke to on the phone today regarding speaking to him about my grandads phone bill. He was so kind and compassionate towards me, I was a bit of a mess over the phone with just the stress of my job (I'm a nurse) catching up to me and with everything else in the world that's happening. Thank you for your time today & for helping me the best that you could. You are an amazing person and I wish you and your family all the best in this hard time.
