Our Q box died the on Tuesday and despite an initial estimate of 30 Jan 2020, your engineer fitted two new boxes today.

 

I think it was Laura that helped me and she was a legend.

 

She kept in touch, let me know what was happening, sorted now tv codes and got our boxes fixed this side of Christmas.

 

Awesome customer service guys.

 

I don't know if you give an x mas bonus but Laura deserves one.
