I just got off the phone to a Sky represntative: Ellie and she was exteremely helpful an polite.
She asked me to leave a feedback on the survey that was going to come up after she finished talking to me. But forgetting this and as per usual when finishing a phone call, I put the phone down. OOOoooopss.. My sincere apologies for this Ellie.
I am unsure how i can leave a feedback now, now that the phone call has ended.. Any advice?
