Spoke to a lovely sky agent Kirsty the other day after I called to discuss a new sky package deal.. renewal price was a bit on the steep side! Kirsty was really helpful and friendly chatting away, and got me a really good deal.. resulting in me staying with sky for a firther 18 months!
