Good Morning,

I have just spoken to one of your operatives, her name is Stephanie and her user I'd is STO.

What a lovely and patient lady!!!. My sky had disappeared, and I was frantic because my team is live on sky today!!

 

She talked me through everything patiently and professionally,  but also very friendly.

 

It turns out I had a dodgy HDMI lead, and I now have my beloved sky back.
