I forgot to pass on my thanks in this thread for how my Sky account was set up after I had left for a few months.
I dealt with a guy called Samir, who was completely on the ball with my request and gave me a good deal on selling me a Sky package without wasting my time in offering me products and services that I clearly didn't need. I told him what I wanted, and he gave it to me and communicated in a clear, concise manner.
