Unfortunately I do not remember, (or wasn't told) the installers name, but he came this morning to install our Sky Q system and we couldn't be happier with his work. He was very polite, and installed the dish and cabling where we asked and had us up and running in no time. He also had all the protective gear for coming into the house but limited any entry to a small space beside the door where he could do the required work and wore a mask, gloves and shoe protectors the whole time. We are now set up and enjoying using our new Sky Q system. Many thanks to him for being friendly, quick, efficient and accommodating to our requests. Very pleased indeed.
