I would like to thank Barry. I called to remove sky sports from my package. My husband, the sports fan, suddenly passed away November. He dealt with this, but we also talked about broadband amongst other stuff. He didn't pressure me or hard sell. Just gave me the information I needed and advice that my husband would have known the answers to.
