I have spoke to sky today to swap my mobile phone, and i spoke to lisa from the mobile team and a gentleman called jim can i just say i have never come across a company that has such a team with excellent customer service, lisa was amazing she stayed on the phone with me helped me work out a way of swapping that was easiest for me and also helped me work out future bills, she did not rush me she took so much time in going through everything and made sure i understood everything before agreeing to anything, and in between also having a friendly conversation, she was amazing later on i spoke to jim yet again amazing customer service guided me on how to sign a credit agreement and in between polite conversation i was not rushed off the phone....as i say there is not one company i have spoken to weather it be insurance companys right down to other companys that have the same customer service not one absoulutly amazing customer service, lisa and jim from the mobile team are a credit to sky they really are i dont normally write reviews etc but i felt this time this was worth every second, i hope they get to see my feedback and know how much i appreciated there help today.
