I just wanted to say a big thank you to Niamh from the Home Move Team who helped me with a big conundrum this evening! I rejoined Sky recently and it had somehow got set up for my old address and I was having kittens trying to get through and either stop it/switch it to my actual address! Finally, there was Niamh! She helped me with all the relevant info and told me the best steps we could take to get it resolved. She's even going to ring me back on Sunday and start everything from scratch to make sure I get my Sky services at correct address.
